Broomhill Tavern

‘The Tav’ is renowned as one of Broomhill’s ‘proper pubs’, and is much loved for being so.

Dating back to the Victorian era the pub was originally divided into a series of snugs and bars, and although traditional decor and gleaming brassware are still embraced the pub has now been sympathetically opened out around its central horseshoe bar.

There are cosy corners to read the paper and quiet spots to chat with friends, or if you’re looking to watch live sport there’s an area for this too.

As well as the great selection of ales and lagers on tap, bottled beers, wine, spirits and cocktails are also available, plus a few bar snacks of course.

Quiz nights are a regular feature, and if weather permits there’s an extensive veranda at the front of the pub to enjoy your drinks alfresco.
