With a background in hospitality, Peter opened Mizu in 2023 aiming to create an immersive dining experience, serving Japanese cuisine with a modern twist.

The restaurant offers a stunning sushi menu, with lots of plant-based options, all meticulously crafted from the freshest ingredients, reflecting the team’s commitment to quality and authenticity.

Cooked Japanese options are also available, from bento boxes and ramen, to katsu curries and teriyaki dishes, with the team ensuring each plate of food is a feast for your eyes as well as your taste buds.
